Ann Wand (DPhil) is the founder and editor of ‘Exploration Through Education’. She decided to create this website as a means for early researchers, writers and educators to contribute their knowledge of global events to a wider audience. When she’s not familiarising herself with social media, she’s working on a post-doctoral research project at Oxford University.

Cherry Jackson is a recent graduate of Oxford University, where she studied Archaeology and Anthropology. This year she’s embarking on a Master’s at UCL in Material and Visual Culture. Academically, she’s interested in concepts of gender and the body, medical anthropology, and landscape, representations of academia and its environs, as well as art and aesthetics. Otherwise, she likes doing pole fitness and rock climbing, reading and recycling. You can follow her on Twitter @CherryJackson19.
